Systems Engineering Today
Today Professor Frey gave a good lecture about the use of QFD. Any lecture that starts out with the showing of the EDS Cat-Herding commercial is good with me.

He can't help it, it's his most recent experience ;) But as I also blogged, today's lecture was the best yet.
Based on industry experience that was much older... Not that 1988 is that new: we've had many developments since.
