Words we rarely used before MIT

Okay, I want to start a list of words that I rarely or never used before starting at MIT (or that are simply used too much there).

Here is my start:
mitigate
innovate
deviate
(oo...this sounds like that INXS song...)
TV land
a priori (Paul B)
a posteriori (Paul B)
systems architecting (Yoav)

Seemed like this would be a good way to procrastinate from doing my sys arch principles, but that's all I can come up with for now. Oh well.

    A posteriori? Who used that?

    I'd add "systems architecting" to the list. As a bonus, "architecting" is not even an English word.
